Horrible customer service dont bother asking for a Bank Manager especially Mirella Yerena with any expectation, completely incompetent and a dark energy that she carries. This establishment isn't mindful of the Community. Your better off with CHASE Bank Less fees and more Hospitality to the community. I walked in CHASE and they took Good care of me and helped me even with out having a Bank account with Chase. Let's come together as voice of the Community and not support this Bank🙏💚🤟
