Great experience overall. We have 2 large breeds which needed to be rushed in. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. Lacey came out to handle our dogs and was both kind and knowledgeable! A large thank you Groves staff and vet for their through and efficient work!

From start to finish the staff is amazing!! My normal vet practically refused to see my female dog because they closed at 12 even though I called at 8am. She ended up needing emergency surgery! Dr Groves was awesome! Very confident knowledgeable vet and my family is forever grateful that he was able and willing to take care of our pup!

Have owned German Shepherds for over 30 years, and discovered Groves 4 years ago when our Sierra needed major orthopedic surgery. Her care there couldn't have been better. The staff was so caring and helpful every step of the way, from multiple updates the day of the surgery, to daily calls when she was home to check on her. The support was tremendous during this trying time. Dr. Groves is definitely on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine, and his entire staff is very professional, efficient, and caring. This was especially evident in accommodations made to ease the anxiety of our big baby while she was in their care. We have just introduced our new puppy to the office and look forward to many years of exceptional care,

I’m very impressed with the care my pup has received with Dr Grove. He has such a great team. From My first phone call to Kathy, to everyone I’ve met through weekly puppy vaccines to the groomer have been excellent! I want to thank each and everyone of you for your loving care. I brought her home from her spay yesterday and they verbally went over discharge instructions and gave me a printed copy of post op instructions as well- exactly what I needed. They called yesterday evening and again this morning and let me know they are just a phone call away should I have a question or concern. I haven’t met Dr Grove, but if he shows as much compassion and care as his staff, I know my little girl is in good hands. I’ve read some reviews complaining about curbside service and I agree it’s not the optimal experience, especially when you haven’t met the surgeon. The only thing that could’ve made that better would be if Dr Grove picked her up curbside himself. Not a bad idea. Hopefully we’ll meet in the coming year. Until then, thank you for your care, expertise and your team of knowledgeable and compassionate staff.
