Took in a new client the next day! Nice roomy office/rooms. Couches, clean bathroom and more than friendly staff! They called back to follow up and check on my dog after the weekend! I think we found our new vet no need to commute back and forth from Naples....

Absolutely love this office, they are always very accommodating. Our first experience with Dr.Papan was unfortunately to have our cat put down, seems the food we changed to put her into a diabetic shock, kidney failure, and a diabetic for life. With the kidney failure she was not going to live long anyway. Dr. Papan was so comforting that she became our regular Vet. Now today, our younger dog was at a groomers who put a cat in with the dogs, not a very smart thing to do, and he got a bad cut, claw, under his eye Even though Loving Paws was booked with appointments they were able to get him in and sucher his cut.

I took my dog in because she was attacked by another dog. She was treated with so much kindness by the entire staff. I was given an estimate and the cost ended up lower. They have called every day to follow up and Dr. Papan followed up with me in person on a Saturday. I have had dogs my whole life and have never experienced this level of care from a Vet. I would enthusiastically recommend Loving Paws to anyone with a pet. The establishment is also one of the cleanest I have ever encountered.
