Done with this place! They can never get you in and aren't willing to even try to work you in when your established pet is sick. Its always "we can get you in NEXT week" I get that places are busy but this is the 3rd time one of my animals needed urgent care and I have called first thing and the morning (thinking they could work me in at some point throughout the day) and they say "sorry were booked every 15 minutes" Each time I have had to go somewhere else where they don't know my pet or their history. What is the point of being an established patient if they won't even try get you in. Maybe quit taking on new clients since you can't take care of the ones you have or leave some openings for pets with issues that can't wait. Luckily another reputable vets office was willing to work my pet in. they will now have my business.

The staff and veterinarians are wonderful, clear with information, and kind. Fair priced and clean, modern facilities. I moved an hour away and drive the distance to still bring my pets here!! They were compassionate when I needed to put one of my girls down. Collingswood is the best!
