We have been going there for almost 20 years. Have always had very good care for my pets and compassion when they were terminal. Just because you had a bad experience with one person doesn't justify trashing every one else . If you have a problem bring it to Dr Villarreal's attention. I know he won't tolerate someone that does not take the animals care and needs first. His charges are very reasonable and works with the customer when things are tight. He has taken care of my turtle, or birds, and our 9 cats.
Drs Barnes and Villarael have taken good care of our dogs. We have been with them a little over 2 years and have not witnessed any negative intetactions in the clinic. We find the front desk folks are very professional. Negative comments without any explanation are what is actually rude.
We have never had a bad experience and everyone at Collingswood has been super friendly and helpful.
I've been going to Collingswood for 5+ years, and I have been there a lot over this period of time, bringing over 7 different animals (dogs and various exotics). I have taken my pets there for everything from basic nail trims to euthanasia. Im not sure I can recall a time that Kim wasnt there during these appointments and she almost always is the person to answer the phone when I call. To date, I have NEVER witnessed Kim be disrespectfull to myself or any other patients/owners. She has even talked to me about her own pets. To say she has "no compassion for animals" is a MASSIVE stretch and simply unbelievable. From my view, Kim takes her job seriously and does a fine job with customers.
Kim is awesome we have been taking are dogs there for 18yrs never had a problem with her. Everyone there cares for the animals.

I would avoid this place.
She is the reason I won't go there and tell everyone to avoid that place. Just a awful person.
I have used Dr V since I moved to PC 20 yrs. I have sent friends and family also to his practice , I can’t say enough of wonderful things about the office and staff .., Please be careful with Names . There are several Kim’s at the front desk .

Been going here for almost 10 yrs and have brought 7 different rescues to them through the yrs. plus I tried 4 different vets before I settled here as I had the same vet for 27 yrs up north. I’m also a nurse who has half a clue about medicine. Dr V and his staff have always been compassionate and knowledgeable and there isn’t anyone I’d rather have treating my furkids. I don’t usually write many reviews as it takes a lot to impress me, but I can’t say enough about them and the care my dogs have received through the yrs, esp after I’ve lost one of them. Thank you for always being there for them and me. As for Kim, is she the one taking care of your dogs?? There are plenty of others around so you don’t have to deal with her if she bothers you that much! I’d rather have a very knowledgeable and compassionate vet who I can trust than worry about if someone out front is friendly or rude. And believe me, there are quite a few vets in the area who will puts your pets life at risk!
I have never been here but I do always read all the reviews because I like to hear the customers experience before I go. I won’t be stopping hear sounds like more then one person has a bad opinion on the women running the front desk here.👍
This woman is very rude. After my wife wrote a bad review on her, 18 month later she has someone to try to counter her review and call her a thief and a dirt bag. She's a real piece of Sh!+
