Been bringing my dogs there for years and never really had a problem. This last visit was a different story. I dropped my dogs off and when I picked them up they had fleas . I tried to cal several times but couldn’t get through. Finally when I got through the women that answered the phone told me that there was no way that they got the fleas there. My dogs are indoor dogs and have never had fleas and I’m sure they got them there. Instead of apologizing she just kept telling me that it never happened there. Just not what I expected as a long time customer that never complains .

Two dogs for an overnight stay. They were well cared for and had a bath just prior to us picking them up. Both dogs seemed to have enjoyed the experience.

Took our cat, Benji, in for a fur trim aka 'lion cut'. The counter guy was friendly as was the groomer who asked questions and took notes of our instructions. We were very pleased with the results and the cost was less than we pay in Central Ohio.

My groomer did an awesome, amazing job on my Sadie girl. She is a Leonberger with a LOT of hair. The place was very clean, smelled fresh and everyone that I meant was SO friendly. PLEASE let them do an awesome job for your pet (baby).

Not sure but I was happy with boarding & grooming there. They did my pit. He's only aggressive to other dogs though
Hey Debbie, it was a pleasure having bubba here for his grooming and from how kind and pleasant you were when you picked up and dropped off I would say it was at the very least a good experience. We pride ourselves on keeping the dogs safe our min priority and keeping the dogs safe includes keeping this a clean, happy, and healthy environment for every one. We offer tours whenever anyone wants and unlike most boarding facilities we do not require an appointment to practically make everything perfect and artificial, we keep everything perfect at all times of the day, work hard and are very proud of it. We look forward to seeing you again and I'm happy and grateful that you gave us a chance. Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving and know that we are grateful for customers like you☺
