I have 2 problems. 1. Before moving in I asked if they had a roach problem…. they told me they didn’t. Come to find out they do have a roach problem and I have spent almost every night killing pet sized roaches! The exterminator supposedly came to get rid of them but I see no improvement! I just killed one 5 minutes ago! 2. They did a horrible job selecting my roommates! I feel like I filled out the roommate questionnaire for nothing! It seems like they just threw a bunch of random ppl in a unit! Those are the only problems I have. If I had better roommates and no roaches it would be alright.

I moved in AFTER the scheduled move in date yet my room was still dusty and dirty. I'm talking dead bugs, dust and spider webs in the corners and black mold in the toilet, things that take 5 seconds to clean that indicate to me that the apartments were never cleaned in the slightest before move in. My first maintenance request was to fix the ceiling fan which wobbled at its highest setting, which they marked as resolved yet clearly did nothing about as it's still wobbling. Also, the new fitness center has yet to be opened leaving the old one in a state of dusty disrepair as half the stuff is in the new building and half remains in the old one. As if theae issues arent bad enough, today they sided with a resident who called the cops over a glass bottle at the pool after escalating and insulting a group of young black women about the glass policy and shut the pool down (one of the few redeeming features of this place) to the actual residents as if that was the right response. Management is terrible, maintenance is incompetent, and it all sucks even more because this could be a really nice place to live.

I just transferred to an apt. It was a smooth transfer from renting an room my new apt. is not renovated but it's still awesome I mention some minor things to Tiona and she was on it ......maintenance came and took care of everything Thank u Tiona u are a truly an asset to ur team ......and ur team is awesome as well its nice to walk in and everyone knows ur name and everyone is positive and great energy and happy to help u with concerns or issues.......thank u Team Greystar.
