With all things considered, renewing my lease was a no brainer. I moved here June 2020 and couldn’t imagine leaving now. I love my apartment and the community amenities. If I could add anything, it would be more community events, especially for my son and more food trucks. I absolutely love Jada but all the staff have been very nice. Chris is always willing to help if I have a issue, which is rarely. I’m looking forward to more years here. I specifically chose the community because of the near by school.

I just want to say that I’m more than thrilled to be living at Waterstone At BrierCreek. Since the beginning of our lease which was 20 months ago, Jada Hayes was excellent. I couldn’t of asked for a more responsible and productive person to help me and my fiancé. We actually rented the apartment through the internet and was moving from NY. We didn’t know anyone. We had no family. We were very nervous about making this decision. Jada just made it so easy and smooth for us. She helped us every step of the way. We were so happy when we finally made it into the apartment. The office staff was so friendly and always asked me if I ever need anything. They always made themselves available to me. They made us feel right at HOME! The apartment was so clean and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. The community is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and kept perfect by the Maintenance staff. Anytime I’ve had an issue they came right away and fixed it for me. The community is very safe and the tenants are very nice. People are quiet and I never get a disturbance with loud noise at all. The tenants here are very respectful of there neighbors. More recently, I had an AC issue. I put in a work order because it was staying warm in my apartment. I’m on medication that if I get overheated, I could get heat stroke. So, Jada and Raheem went into to action and didn’t waste a minute to rectify this problem. They gave us a new AC right away. That’s what I call great service. In summary, I give Waterstone at Brier Creek a FIVE STAR rating. For 1 year and 8 months now, We’ve been nothing but happy and peaceful here. That says everything about the staff at Waterstone at BrierCreek. They work very hard to make this happen on a daily basis. I commend them for all there hard work and diligence. And thank them for helping me and my fiancé make this a community that we can safely and honestly say we call HOME.

I am a past resident of Waterstone and I had a wonderful experience throughout my lease. The application process was very easy and the office staff Ashelyn, Jada, and Chris were patient and accommodating. The move-in process was stress free! The maintenance staff was very responsive and completed all work orders in a timely manner. The apartments and community is beautiful, grounds are well kept. If there is anywhere you would enjoy living it definitely would be Waterstone at Brier Creek!
