We love Pet Co!! We raise Pomsky pups and we find ourselves at pet Co a few times a week getting supplies, we always need puppy food and toys!!

We were treated horribly at our 4th visit and will never go there again. We also question their treatment of our dog. His eyes were lifeless, he didn't greet us with his customary exuberance when we picked him up, and he had diarrhea for 12 hours. This never happened with previous grooming sessions. Never again.

The port charlotte Fl, grooming department is horrible. I’ve tried three times to have my dog groomed and each time it’s the same outcome. Chancel appointments on short notice, also asking for rabies shot records and i have gave them multiple times. I’m not sure what they are doing with the rabies records. I gave instructions on how we wanted our dog cut and they just know 1 cut, cut it all off. We have a Goodendoodle that looks like I shaved him at home. $112 Petco price that looks like $10 cut. The first two pics is how he should look, and the last few pics are what Petco did to him. We’re changing locations to Venice Petco and hope for the best. Don’t take any Chances with the grooming department.

We rescued a Shiloh Shepherd and Petco on Cochran in Port Charlotte has an excellent groomer, Amy, that is able to work with this jumbo dog. With his past history of neglect we were apprehensive on how he would behave for her. His nails were so long they were cutting into his pads and he still was a gentleman in her care. She is compassionate and very capable with even difficult dogs! If I could give her 10 stars I would. The store has also been very helpful in recommendations for us on food and supplies as it has been a while since we've had a dog in our fur family. The manager and staff are all very pleasant and kind. We will return again and again for all our pets' needs!

Yes they do have one if you need a vet. Whether or not you would want to use their veterinary services is another thing.
It depends on what you want to get done.... They also have packages....I would look on the website or call.
You're supposed to wear a mask, but a woman walked right past me into the store as I was leaving with no mask on!

PetSmart has the veterinary care in-store. Love Petco for product deals online and in the store, along with knowledgeable staff. If you go to their site or call, you may find out information about the upcoming one day pet clinics. Do not know if these people take\use vip though. Good luck in your search!

They do have replacement door flaps. You'll have to check with them regarding the exact sizes they carry. Good luck. ✌️

I have never seen a Grooming Manager before, but,the Groomer's great as far as the ratings go. You should really just call them for their hours of operation. Their number is above the Q and A area of the page that gives their address etc... When it's a very specific inquiry such as yours it's always best to give them a ring.
Ms. Scharett please call Petco for any specific questions since this is only Google Local Guides. Petco will be able to inform you whether or not they carry what you are searching for. Perhaps they may be able to order it for you too.
