Our Doctor was great but the Andrea the scheduler was very rude. WNY Urology made us drive 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment to tell us my husband needed another test and that it couldn’t be done today. We were then sat down to meet with the scheduler and she was in her office complaining too 2 other employees while we sat there to wait for her to schedule our appointment. I approached her and she said I’ll be right with you. I asked if we had to wait and she said yes I need to call around and see where she could schedule us. I asked do we need to wait while she does the research (that she hadn’t started because she was complaining to her coworkers about another coworker). She said oh no I can do the research and call you. We have now waited 5 days and she has not called us regarding this appointment.

I had no issues with anyone here. Dr. Ramberon was great & the nurses too. Don't know why anyone said negative things about here.

Absolutely the least patient caring medical facility I've ever dealt with. Very slow responding to patient portal requests, which can take days. Calling on the phone is no better. When you can get an appointment, expect to wait well past your appointment time. I've raised my concerns with the staff, and they simply have done nothing to address them. If you need Urology services, I highly recommend reviewing other options. Update following the response from them. I reached out twice to raise my concerns before posting my review. Including using their Contact Us to send an email with my concerns. I never heard back from anyone. It doesn't seem like any seriousness on their part to address them.

Let me first say Dr. Rambarran is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars bc he is an amazing Dr! However over the past few years alot of the staff have become unbearable to deal with, to a point where I only go if I absolutely have no other choice. Sad.
