I have have gone to that store many times a week. Cobwebs all over in the corners and around the stand near the crickets and lizard enclosures. They also do not train all the emoyees properly. They also use their younger employees only when it is convient themthem, while hiring others and not being fair with the hours.while hiring

They have a good selection of products. They offer dog washes, 5 for 25$. Unfortunately it took me 20 minutes to locate a staff member and it was one who isn't great at using the register.

This is one of the best pet supply places I have ever been to. I’ve been going here since they opened two years ago. And all the staff there are excellent especially Ozzie. If there’s anything I ever need he always gets it for me. The whole staff has a great attitude and are very friendly. This store is absolutely clean An organized. All their pets that they carry their the cages are always cleaned. There have been pet stores I’ve went to in the past that smelled terrible. I at least go in like once to twice maybe even three times a week because I always need something. I also love that they do price matching. I Definitely recommend this place to my friends and family even at work when I work with the public I recommend it. :) Thank you to the staff there for always being so helpful and nice and making my trip there so much fun :)

Edited bc I need to add. Always helpful and knowledgeable staff. My Lucy and I will frequent here. I just got rescued by Lucy a month ago but she's coming out of her shell so she needs to stop in next time! She had a ruff day shopping with me.
