This is the worst cable company ever. Rude agents, wait time to talk to an agent is over 20 minutes and that is to pay one's bill, no online payment, no paper view, no on demand, extremely outdated technology probably circa 1950. Avoid if you can and get a dish company because in LW they don't give you any choice. Like mafia run place to live. Monopoly on everything.

The worst cable/satellite experience I had in over 35 years. Poor selection, slow navigating through the system and still using prehistoric billing methods. Avoid if you can!

A few months ago Broadband Services decided not to carry some channels and reassign channel numbers for those who do not watch TV with a cable box. It would be very helpful if we were told which channel number correspond to what TV station. An example Fox News Channel which is 129.7 (I think). Please publish a list of these channels or preferably, rename them on the TV channel guide.

Channel continue to disappear in 2018. Such a pain to scan for 200 channels and then search for the few I watch. Recently the FoodNetwork disappeared and I can't find it anywhere. The 2018 TV Channel Guide is outdated with all the channel changes. So frustrating.

Since there are different models, recommend referring to the manual. If you don't have you can find online. Normally its in the menu under channel and autoprogram.

If you have a cable box return to the Community Center, if no box, no need to cancel. Cable is always active in unit
