Of all the chains, I really find Stater Bros to be pleasant,well stocked and reasonably priced. Stores are bright and clean but mostly and thankfully they seem to have enough cashier's AND packers which is a very pleasant and important change!!

We live down the street from the staters so we shop here all the time. Today was the first day I had a rude encounter with an employee. Some cashier with short blonde hair at the 15 or less checkout. She was extremely rude. As we were entering the line there was nobody around she wasn’t even busy she yelled at us that it was a 15 or less item line only. We only had 15 items so idk why she was yelling at us. Decided to head to another cashier who was nice. When we left 5 mins later she still had 0 customers in her line. She’s horrible. I’ll be sure to avoid her.
