Said that he could fix the sticking aperture blades on my lens. Disassembled and cleaned blades but the problem was still there after the repair. Took it back to him again for a second time and he said that it worked. I took it home and tried it and the blades would once again get stuck fully open. When I mentioned that I was not happy with the quality of work he responded with a text merely saying "k" He was able to clean the mold off a different lens but left what looks like a metal shaving near the perimeter of the lens on the inside. When I mentioned he said that it does not affect the image.

Don’t gooo!! He had no knowledge of repairs. I sent the camera for repair, the problem just won't turn off, but the camera still works fine. he do it all my cameras are broken Some parts are missing ,then let me buy replacement parts which is not my fault at all

Holy hell— Doug is the man!! He fixed/ cleaned my contax t2 + Hasselblad for such a reasonable price in the Bay Area and with such a quick turnaround time! I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a business before but to find a skilled camera repair shop in the Bay was my pot of gold. Love you longtime Doug

I've been a customer of iCamera now for 3 years. As an Independent Film Maker, I don't have the money to drop on camera repairs. iCamera has saved me hundreds over the years, and when my Canon XL1 took a dump, he repaired it for half the cost then two other places in the Bay Area. I love this place because they don't try to sell you everything in the store, and if he can't fix it.. No charge!!! I will remain a customer for years to come.
