Had a great experience here. Greeted with a “ Hello, Welcome”. Staff was very helpful and kind. Had an issue with a scooter, brought it back and they were very accommodating in the proper return. I would definitely return back to this store if I needed another rental.

When purchasing a cane with right or left handed grips for long term use following a hip replacement, the salesperson neglected to inform us that one must purchase the right or left handed cane OPPOSITE the side of the hip being replaced. IE, left handed cane for right hip replacement, according to the physical therapist. The clerk was informed of the impending surgery as we were also interested in purchasing a walker. And unfortunately: All sales are final.

For a place that is supposed to help one “Adapt 2 it” and live with debilitating diseases, this place is hostile and unwelcoming to say the least. Leslie, one of the owners, is the most atrocious and repulsive person that my family has ever come in contact with on our journey of helping my mom adapt to her life with ALS. Leslie is callous, unsympathetic, inpatient, heartless, and discourteous. I could use many other negative terms, but we will leave it at that. Additionally, all of the employees are just downright awful, except for Butch. He is kind and always willing to go out of his way to problem solve. However, it does not make up for the lack of professionalism and customer service of all the others. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as they are not deserving of staying in this field of helping others who are living with debilitating conditions

Buyer beware. My wife went in for compression leggings. The sales person measured her leg for the right size. When we baulked at the price, she informed us we had to pay a $15 fitting fee if we didn't buy them. . She never told is that before measuring. Also, they do not accept insurance. You pay it all, up front.
