The wait time is ridiculous. Employees doing the surveys using customer receipts, not cool. People deserve to know the honest opinion of real customers not an employee.

Had trouble logging in to their Internet. Associate worked until problem was resolved. Needed only one copy and didn't have my debit card, copy machine was occupied. Minimum you can spend is $2.50 in copy center. He gave it to me for free. That shows a customer is valued.

I visited the store on Tuesday 5/3 around 7:30. It’s very frustrating that you have an empty box on the floor that is suppose to represent an item you can pay for and pick up at checkout. The manager on dude John was extremely unhelpful in finding a solution or in any willingness to assist. Don’t display a box on the shelf as if your can pick up in store, that isn’t available and then be unwilling to assist outside of making excuses.
