I had a very positive experience at this USPS location on Friday afternoon. I got in at 4:50 or 10 minutes before it’s scheduled close at 5pm. Store manager Cinnamon and staff Angel stayed till 5:45pm to help everyone who got in before 5pm. Cinnamon was really helpful and try to help everyone out whenever she could. We all appreciate that during this short staffed season.

Not well run, always a huge line and half the time the automated postal machine is broken so you have to wait in the long line

I paid for priority mail to have an envelope of very important documents sent from this post office to the City Hall in Santa Monica. That priority mail was supposed to be delivered on January 27. I had to open a case to inquire why there was no delivery scan. My case was closed with zero phone calls, emails, or texts notifications. Trying to get a direct answer is like pulling teeth. The next time I have to send something to City Hall, I will just walk there. This is an edited review due to the lack of professionalism demonstrated by USPS.

Awful post office. First, you have to wait more than 30 minutes or even an hour. Secondly, you can be deceived, as they did with me, they will make you the most expensive price for the package. Even if you say that they were wrong, they will not do anything. Do not come here if you do not want to lose money and time
