I had a fantastic experience with BMW Santa Monica Service. It was the first time I brought my car in and they could not have been more helpful. Extremely inviting, efficient, and easy. They ubered me to my house after drop off and picked me up when my car was ready. Thankfully I live right down the street from this location. I’ll be going there for all my service needs in the future.

I've had great service for past few years at this location but the yesterday it was less than desirable. In the morning with an appointment I had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in, Chris Myers(my assigned service adviser) who could see I am waiting through the glass window, carry on videoing the other cars outside. The other 3 service adviser were sitting there with no customer and they never offered any help. Instead of washing my car, they made inside of my car so dirty and I could see marks all over my driver side, I found sweets in my car which if I wouldn't notice could be melted all over my car. Never use Chris Myers as your service adviser who is so rude, unprofessional with egocentric attitude. Service department were suppose to give me a quote for some repair 4:30 hours later I was still waiting for a call from Chris. I had to wait about 40 minutes to even pick up my car! Unfortunately they're the closest BMW dealer around me so, no choice but to go there!

I've had great service for at least 6 years at this location but but the last two times it's been less than desirable. They used to do a courtesy wash of your car but not anymore. I had a great service consultant but now replaced with a rather uninformed person who was not able to answer any questions. I had to wait about 40 minutes to even pick up my car! Unfortunately they're the closest BMW dealer around me so, no choice but to go there!
