Uh yes, it will show! You want your clothes to be clean, ironed, and neatly looking. A wrinkled shirt or a worn out suit is going to be pretty visible, and it will also be distracting.
Yes, when you purchase an image you are obtaining rights to use it for yourself, and when I deliver it to you, I include my retouching.
Your headshot should look like you. If you've had significant changes to your look, a different hair cut or hair color for instance, it's a good idea to get a new headshot. And people are constantly changing, so ideally a headshot would be no older than a couple of years, but a good rule or thumb is to get them once a year. A new headshot can always add a fresh look to your networking tools!
Usually around one hour, between shooting and reviewing your results. I am not really counting our time when we're in session; I will do what's necessary to get the best images I can. People get better once they've "warmed up" and gotten more comfortable, and some people warm up quicker than others. After an hour and a half, most people are really tired, because being yourself in front of the camera is actually a pretty intense activity! And you also have to consider the time to go over the images we got.
