I had a great service. My car feels better to drive and I don't feel that anyone skimped on quality of service at any point. Our service person was extremely kind and generous. Truly an asset to your company. I have an interlock system in my vehicle, and it seems that no one at the center really understood how to work with the system or the company. I was thrown into a lockout which required almost 100 extra dollars out of my pocket to get my vehicle back in running order. I assumed that your store understood the implications that come with servicing a car that has an interlock as no one said anything to me about NOT having any experience with it. LifeSafer has a great support system for any shop that is willing to work on a car with their device installed, however the SHOP is responsible for making sure all of the paperwork is in order. I cannot do anything from my end, which is the problem we seemed to continue to run into while trying to set up the fix of another problem with my vehicle. All in all I would say if you're going to take your car to a dealer take them to Santa Monica, but that's mostly based off of the wonderful service and kindness I received from Odell.

Great experience purchasing a car at this dealership. They don’t attempt to take advantage of buyers by charging over MSRP, instead they add some extra packages that while adding cost are at least providing value to the buyer. Paloma was great to work with through the whole process and stayed late to help us wrap up the deal. I’m very pleased with my new Taos. Would definitely recommend this dealership over all others I visited in my car search.
