WHY DOES KODIAK FIRE PROTECTION NEED TO INSPECT OUR APARTMENT EVERY MONTH???? I'VE NEVER LIVED ANYWHERE WHERE THIS IS THE NORM. GOOGLE THE COMPANY AND NO REVIEWS. BE CAREFUL, THEY JUST WANT A REASON TO SNOOP.

Me and my family were having housing issues (couple places fell through) so we were starting to get desperate. We were overjoyed when we came in to talk to them and they said that they had a unit open up that day. We asked multiple times if it was true (to which she said yes). We went home and paid a fee and did our application. The following Monday (this happened on Thursday) I tried to call. No answer. 3-4 calls later I get through. “Oh the lady in line right behind you actually had her rental deposit and application done so we gave it to her. So how about March?” We explained to them our situation, that we were technically homeless, living in an air bnb. It would have taken minimal effort to let us know. They cost us hundreds in Airbnb fare (we passed up another place for this one) not to mention the extreme stress of ANOTHER place falling through. We have a place now (nearly 2 weeks later) so I tried to call and confront them. Melissa, the very employee I talked to had the gall to gaslight me. “That wasn’t us. Must be a different apartment.” They also refused to refund my $50 dollars, which normally I wouldn’t care, but I would’ve never paid the fee had I know they were going to pull such a dishonest and scummy trick.

Believe me...I love this community where me and my sister live. Not to put Pecan Creek in a bad light,BUT....I WAS TOLD THAT ME AND MY SISTER WOULD BE MUCH HAPPIER HERE! What upsets me is those kids living over our heads constantly running around stomping the floor as it sounds like too many BAMS! We were having our spiritual program this past Sunday, and all of a sudden, we get TOTALLY DISTRACTED TO THE WORST POINT THAT IT DETRACTS FROM CONCENTRATION ON OUR PROGRAM! I could say more! We were feeling so much better living in a bigger better apartment, me expressing how good it made me and my sister feel, and THESE HARDHEADED KIDS ROB US OF THE HAPPINESS WE DESERVE!! I could just rip my guts inside out complaining about these kids above us bothering us with SO MUCH NOISE!! I was asked how I was doing, told this person in the office that I was unhappy about this issue, and she laughed! Not a laughing matter! I love this community, as I said earlier, enjoy walking around the community, loving the beauty of Pecan Creek, but the PROBLEM IS THE HARDHEADED NOISY KIDS OVER OUR HEADS! Nothing gets done about it!!

If you want to park your OWN car, you'll need a permit. We have to show the office registration, DL, and insurance to get a parking pass. Just got a new car and no insurance yet? Can't park where you live. New car, no license?? Nope! Most places just want your license plate number, so why are they doing all of this?? It's odd.
