Lily the General Manager has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! She not only was extremely unprofessional to us but also her new employee who tried to help us. She basically pushed him out of the way and shut him down when he tried to assist us. She was very disrespectful to us and her new employee. I could tell the employee that work there were not happy to be around her. She was very rude and I wil not be back to shop at this location. This incident was a few weeks ago I'm late writing about it.

So we closed our verizon account because the billing is outrageous. That on its own is not a reason to complain, however the fact that no one can give me a print out of what we owe on each device is. Customer service referred me to the store, the store told me I could access it using my tablet( still active with VZ) and when I tried that it sent a temporary password by mail to an address I don't even live at anymore. If these guys want their money, it should be a bit easier, or even remotely possible to get what I need to pay them off!

Nice people but incompetent and unhelpful. 1) Wouldn't help me apply my insurance for new phone. Said I had to apply at Asurian website. Not true! I called Verizon corporate and they processed my insurance and sent me a new phone overnight! Said store was wrong. 2) sold me a phone package deal upgrade (before I got the mailed replac) that included a wireless charger, for a phone that doesn't take a wireless charger! It took it all back and had to pay a "restocking fee" of $50.00 for their mistakes. Never going back! Verizon corporate, however, was wonderful and took good care of me.

Although the manager lady is nice and knowledgeable the other two guys need to be fired. Tried to up-sell me stuff and know nothing about promos, either they’re idiots or do it on purpose, regardless, incompetence like that is best to be avoided! Glad I went to the downtown riverfront store :)
