So I go in and wait for quite a bit we just wanted to update our phone so we buy a new one pay an upgrade fee which is fine but then they don't transfer our info or anything all they really do apparently is turn on the phone for that fee. We also aren't informed there isn't a charger for the phone so now I have to go buy one which wastes more of my time. So yeah not too impressed with the service , which is sad because we were normally very happy before not this time. It could be because we didn't buy a horrendously expense but that's just a guess so yeah cant recommend this store I even called corporate to express my displeasure about it .

I went into the store to switch from one Verizon phone plan to another. I was told they can't help with this in store (which doesn't make any sense because I have done it at a different store location in the past) and that I will have to do it over the phone. They also told me I have to be an account manager to do so. I called and switched without being an account manager. Seems to me like they were just being lazy. Customer support and other locations are much more helpful than this store location. I gave 2 stars because they were polite (even though they did absolutely nothing for me).

Spent more than 2hrs here but they were very helpful, answered all our questions and gave us what we needed. Got a phone upgrade, bought accessories and the jet pack (which they set up for us). Accomplished what we needed to do today and even more. They made it it so easy for us. Thank you for great service!

I know that last week there was an outage in our area that was curtailed by late afternoon. My service in Spokane Cliff/Cannon neighborhood this morning is flawless.

I would suggest that you either contact Verizon's customer service phone number, not on google.
I switched from Verizon to Xfinity
It's not a measurement of time. It is a unit of space. I do not know if you're referring to data or storage. If you go into the store or co tact customer service you may find a clearer answer.
No, you have to use itunes to reset it if you don't know the passcode.
