I can't say enough about how awesome the staff at this location is. We had to port over 10 numbers and the manager Luke was amazing. He was patient and kind throughout the entire process. We had issues with a couple of our verizon phones not swapping over and Avery helped us call Verizon tech support to resolve the issue. This is the only place we will buy phones from now on. I'll be recommending them to anyone looking to switch from another carrier.

I happened to have problems with my Direct TV account, and came in to the store for help. Muhammad Ali was there to help. He took all the information and was able to help me solve the problem. It was a bit involved, he patiently worked through all the steps. He was so helpful and thoroughly conversant with what he had to do and completely fixed the problem. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable and promptly took care of my concerns. I will definitely tell other people how helpful he was and tell them they should go to him for service and sales.
