Damon was very nice and helpful! There were 4 different groups of people all waiting to be helped and he managed to help us all pretty much simultaneously! I expected to have to wait a long time but he was super on top of it and got our transaction finished as soon as possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 5 hours, then got over charged, and when I brought it up, the guy working said "Just call Verizon and threaten to leave, and they will fix it." I filed a complaint with Verizon back on Nov 24, and NOBODY from this location has reached out like they were supposed to. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else, but here!
