I really liked the person helping me, but the guy next door was screaming and seemed very rude. Everything was bad. He told a person trying to get help while her husband was deployed and he totally belittled her. She had all the wrong paperwork and forgot some by mistake. But he made her feel as though it was devastating. Like she didn't deserve to be there. The guy helping me kept looking over at him and the poor people he was supposed to be helping. It was stressing me out.

Didn't know we didn't need windshield stickers, went into building to get authorization for visitor and new stickers on new to me car. Tired after waiting 1.5 hrs to find out we didn't need to be there.

It is small and you might be waiting awhile. I highly suggest going after lunch, usually a much smaller crowd then. However, if you do not have all your ducks in a row, they will turn you around. I've watched it happen plenty of times then they get mad. If you are unsure of anything, try to get a hold of them. Better safe then sorry.
