Just went in to drop off equipment and get new stuff only to have the employee tell me i didn't give her one of the boxes that had handed her 5 minutes before. She kept cutting me off saying that if she didn't scan it then i didn't give it to them. I asked her to go check and she refused to look further for it. I have been giving comcast my money for 16 years and to have someone treat me so poorly over a small cable box is ridiculous. I really hope they get some better training on how to treat customers at this location

For people who don't want to read, only use comcast in bremerton if its your only choice like myself. I'll give you a review of what I have been going through. My service is $120/m because i refuse to start a new yearly agreement. That isn't the bad part. The customer service has hung up on me 3 times total once after a 40 minute hold. I have had issues with my internet for 2 years and have had up to 4 technician visits a month. To clarify in the last 4 months i have had over 10 technician visits averaging at 3 a month, topping at 4 visits and my internet still doesn't work properly. The people are nice, the techs are great the reviews aren't lying there, but when you talk about the comcast service itself it is by far the worst internet service provider I have had in my life. This is coming from someone who had Direct TV in Mississippi during hurricane season. Its too expensive for horrible speeds, I have not had my internet work for an entire day since getting the service installed. Lets see, what else. If you call the local store the automated service warns you that your number will be blocked. So no, do not get comcast unless its your only option like me. also Century link has same speeds at half the cost. I end up using my hot spot for the internet most of the day. Comcast equals a headache for me. Tips and tricks: Call often sometimes they credit you $30 dollars for issues. Don't worry about the threats that a technician visit will charge you, it is always something on their end so you wont be charged. Record all your conversations on your own if things start going south. If the service doesn't work after an advanced technicians visit, leave comcast they will just bait you as long as they can to get more money out of you for something that doesn't work. Hopefully this will help someone out and avoid them from thinking of suing an ISP because there are a lot of clauses and you have to go to their court on their terms, as per the user-agreement.

I have problems with them all the time.... I am paying for speed of 100mbps. And it's always always at 30-37? Never gets fixed. They always shut off my account every month before the due date... then charge me a $6 start up fee.... it's BS.

Yes. It does. I just logged into it and checked for you. It's the latest. Safe. No one can get in. I changed the password for you while at it, too.
On 11467 Pacific Crest in silverdale word of advise, go with any other provider. Comcast is the most expensive and all I kinds of mistakes and problems go along with them. A simple phone call will not be so simple.
Have you rebooted your device?
10:00 am. In there fancy new store. That's why they raised there prices so high plus a lot more people to pay. I like the old store better.
The idea is that they don't have to break away from a customer inside the store to answer a phone.
The only place I know where you can turn Xfinity (concast) back to them for an immediate credit is in East Bremerton, across the street from the Sylvan way Post office.
It be 8 plus tax per service you have
There is no direct line to the service center but if you stop by you can get a free compatible replacement remote.
Yes. If you are able to get your services up and running yourself, call in and they will send a tech for free.
Increase the area covered by your wireless router...
My Wi-Fi router has the password on a label on the underside. Kept that password and did not change so I always have it for reset.
