I’ve had nothing but good and fast service from this post office. Keep it up!

Terrible service! I left 4 messages for a supervisor to call me back concerning my package that the carrier had delivered to the wrong house, wrong street, wrong area. I never received a call back despite the postal workers telling me that the supervisor “should be here in about 10 minutes “. Yeah…ok. It’s no surprise that private postal carriers are putting USPS out of business.

Everyone is very nice at the post office. But I have to say---- I put in a change of address because our neighbors (our previous house) keeps getting our mail. I thought this simple. Wrong! They basically put it in their system we no longer live there----so No mail for 2 weeks! I call and she says she will fix that. Great! Mail for a few days--- than none for a week. I talk to Manager --- very nice--- they put we moved and it will all be taken care of. Great! 2 weeks later--No mail again for 2weeks.....OMG---- I guess I don't get it. I just put in a change of address so I can get my mail---- I have lived at my home for 4 years---- just wanted to get My mail---- instead of the neighbors getting it. This is basically a nightmare. God knows what mail has been sent back and what I am missing. It was a simple thing---- Everyone has been nice and helpful--- but by god what a cluster-----. Really? On top of that we live about a block from the main road and cannot get any packages delivered to our home. When I have seen the postal truck deliver to our neighbors---I don't get it???? It's a pain going to the post office when we work M- F . I just don't understand.

I received a notification today that my package was removed from my mailbox or lockbox and had to pickup at the Post Office. I assume this was because I didn't check mail for a couple days and the deliverer wanted to use the lockbox instead of delivering a package. I was left a note that told me to check mail every day when expecting packages. The USPS does not have the authority to tell me when to check my mailbox. Would it have been that difficult to just deliver the package to my door like many other packages that come like when they are working on Sunday? Also, it would be nice if you could talk to your carriers to stop speeding through neighborhoods.

My question too.
Between 10 and 30$ depending on size.
Probably not. Because it's a Federal holiday. All government agencies are usually closed.
Probably playing catch up.
Yes.
