Zero communication. Ordered a tractor and had to call 7 times over 4 days to get a call back, only to be told (after leaving a deposit and waiting 5 months without an update) that the tractor wasn't available. I would go anywhere else but here.

Poor customer service, terrible communication, and a disappointing experience overall. We ordered our tractor in January and left a $1,000 deposit. We were told 5 months. At the 6 month mark we wanted an update but it took 8 phone calls to have someone call us back. Our salesman, Dennis Nichols, gave me two impressions: first, he just didn't care and second, he was doing us a favor by even selling us a tractor. Incredibly, the deposit refund was very easy but we had wasted a frustrating 7 months in the meantime. Read the other reviews, this just isn't a business I would support.

Kitsap Tractor isn't too bad. But they sell garbage. Bought a Sany 50u about two years ago. The machine only has about 600 hours on it. Had excellent maintenance. The track segments are falling out due poor quality. No damage to tracks at all, just poor quality. Sany only saying one year warranty, despite no damage. Chinese garbage. Should of just bought Hitachi like I wanted. Your 5 year warranty is toilet paper.

Disappointed in Kitsap Tractor. Previously had an OK experience, but customer services is lacking (as shown by reviews) and they often don't come through on things they promise to deliver (delays, price increases, etc.) Additionally, they do not follow COVID guidelines and are not kind nor accepting of people who do. It is not a welcoming environment.
