I lost my brakes on my 1997 Ford F-250, but luckily I was at home. I called Silverdale Towing and made an appointment for the next day at 10:00 am to have it towed to Les Schwab Tires. The driver (Kurtis) showed up approximately 15 minutes early. Although Kurtis didn't have much room to maneuver his flatbed, he was able to line it up with my truck and winch it on to the flatbed. By 10:45 am my truck was delivered to Les Schwab. My experience with Silverdale Towing was exceptional. It was completed in a safe and professional manner! Thank you Kurtis!!

We broke down on Highway 3 about 100 miles from home. Dispatcher (Kathy?) was pleasant and kept up updated on the eta for the truck. Curtis the driver arrived in a short time and got us hooked up. It was a Saturday, so no one was open, and we would need to rent a car to get home. He took us to a repair shop close to a rental agency and we dropped off the truck. He then took us to the rental agency, which was unexpectedly closed early. He then worked with the dispatcher to research remedies, and they identified another rental outlet that was open, and Curtis took us there. He gave us directions on the best way to get back to our truck to transfer belongings, and was professional in every way. He went out of his way big time to find a solution for us and take care of us the whole time. Silverdale towing FAR exceeded our expectations!

Very fast and accommodating when I locked my keys in my car at Walgreens. I needed to pick up my 15 yearold from a drivers ed driving lesson and they made sure a driver was there within 15 min. Cost for a lockout is crazy expensive for a 1 min retrieval and appearantly not covered under my Progressive Roadside Assistance which was maddening, however, the cost is what any other co. would charge, $100. Thank you for the quick, accommodating and excellent service and you will be the co. I call next time for any service. I will be discussing my Roadside Assistance policy with Progressive as that was a complete shock and I would never thought a lock out was an exclusion.

Called for a tow in Silverdale in the evening and helped arrived within minutes. Driver #2, Gene, was very kind, efficient, and safe in his procedure of picking me and my car up in a small parking lot, dropping me off at home, and then carrying on to drop my vehicle off at the mechanic in Bremerton to be serviced the next day. In the less than ideal circumstances, Silverdale Towing pulled out all the stops and took care of everything for me.
