Bought a wall oven combo last July. I was aware there was a long backorder period. I received the oven a couple of weeks ago. When it finally was delivered, there was no plan in place for the install just dropped off in my garage. After several emails and calls still no resolution. I was told they dont employ the installers or control their schedule. After delivery my salesman quit answering my emails etc. I asked him if customer service ended on delivery. This isn't an easy install as it requires retro fit into existing cabinet. Thanks for zero customer service. I avoided big box stores because service was what I needed and expected. I will never shop there again. If you buy from them expect nothing beyond just placing your order and waiting..

I was not planning on replacing my washer and dryer at this time, but had to. Went to Albert Lee and talked to Jeff Spaulding and withing in 30 minutes he answered my questions and suggested the best fit for what I wanted. 5 days later the delivery crew of Lucas and Adam had my new machines installed and the old ones removed. I will go back to this store when the need arises. Considering the service that we received I wish there was a sixth star I could use to rate the transaction!

The showroom is huge and has a large selection of appliances. Eric is a knowledgeable sales professional who answered my questions in detail and directed me to a quality product that met my needs. I ordered my fridge on Sunday and it was delivered the following Tuesday afternoon! The delivery team was personable, professional and respectful of my home and property.
