Best towing service in Pacific Northwest. My vehicle was in a ditch at the bottom of a very steep hill and I called Chico after another company couldn’t help me. The front desk dispatched a tow truck IMMEDIATELY after I explained my urgency to go pickup my son in a few hours. Jordan arrived in minutes and was such a nice, polite, reassuring, talented, respectful and easygoing person. He immediately reassured me that it would be okay and said not to worry and to let him take care of it. And take care of it he did!! He got my car out very quickly (not an easy task), and then he checked under it for damage. He was patient and kind and refused my tip money. This place is amazing and I will never use anyone else. These are GOOD people who CARE about YOU.
