I have complained in person and over the phone and not had this remedied, WHY ON EARTH DOES MY DOG NOT EVER HAVE REFILLS ON HER GALIPRANT???? It wasn't a issue for two years and now it's like pulling teeth. Again she has to go without her meds because I have to wait 24 hrs for a new script. Beyond frustrated. Also a few months ago got a random vet(crawford) who berated me for not taking care of my dog because he didn't bother to read her chart and see I bring her in every few weeks for treatment. He thought he was making the initial diagnosis of arthritis at age 14... I left nearly in tears

Had a decent time in Michigan with the Banfield there but once i moved to silverdale all things went down hill. Never got calls or updates to let me know my dog needed vaccines or cleaning and could never schedule an appointment. Was good in Michigan but the one here has been very disappointing. I canceled my wellness plan and will be going to another vet.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).

Can I bring my pup in for a rabies shot without an appointment?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Hi Kimberly - Thanks for reaching out! We do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same-day appointments. We always recommend calling the team to discuss your pet's needs. Making an appointment would allow time for our team to prepare for your visit and reduce your wait time. If you’re not sure your pet needs to come in and you’re an Optimum Wellness Plan client, you can also ask pet health questions 24/7 via Vet Chat in the Banfield app.
