Very happy with this 2 inch lift on my Maverick, now it sits almost like a normal truck! There was a slight hiccup with rough country however John was quick to find a solution with another kit and it turned out great! Their prices are the best out there as well for a 4x4 shop. 100 percent recommend making the trip to Silverdale!

The staff at Truck Gear are amazing. All my questions are always answered and the work on my 2020 Gladiator is nothing short of superb. I also get my parts delivered much faster through them on most items, beating out Amazon Prime and some other local companies. Truck Gear is giving Jimmy Johns a run for their money. Thank you to the entire team and a shout out to line-X as well as they do amazing work.

Great work install a BDS lift on my truck. Worked until the job was done right and made sure I was well taken care of. Couldn't recommend these guys any more.

The wife And I are outdoor People and we want our truck to perform for all of the adventures that we do. This includes hunting fishing hiking overlanding and camping. And it sure was nice to deal with such a easy company to outfit our rig to our needs!

I would check with Rears and Gears in Port Orchard.

Scott, I apologize that you had a poor experience when we worked on your air lines last April. We are aware that there some issues that had developed over the past year or two. We have made changes to the company and a portion of the staff in order to restore the reputation and integrity of this company. We have been a reputable, reliable & well established LINE-X franchise for over 21 years and adding the Truck Gear 4x4 store 2 - 1/2 years ago was intended to be an extension of that quality and customer service. How you, our customers, view us and the confidence they have in us and our workmanship is vital to the success of this company. I assure you, if you come back to give us another try, you will not be left feeling the way you did a year ago. Thank you, however, for speaking out about how you felt so that we could have this opportunity to communicate with you that we have made changes to resolve these issues. Unrelated to that, we are also under new ownership as of 4/1/19.

The worst service I have ever had, they put a lift on my girlfriend's new car (2018) and now the car jumps and moves too much like a lowrider rather, and the owner does not want to help me remove it and return the money,

I will not extend further than to fairly allow a small window to the other details with regard to your vehicle. You were compensated within a reasonable request for the 2 minor & repairable scratches to your wheels. Your alignment needed to be done immediately after the 1" - 1-1/2" lift that was installed correctly and verified that it was installed correctly. Additionally, you were compensated, while not in the form of a cash payment as requested, rather as a courtesy to show good faith that we had valued your business, that we forgave the damage done to the company vehicle. Thank you for allowing me to elaborate.
