Scott, I apologize that you had a poor experience when we worked on your air lines last April. We are aware that there some issues that had developed over the past year or two. We have made changes to the company and a portion of the staff in order to restore the reputation and integrity of this company. We have been a reputable, reliable & well established LINE-X franchise for over 21 years and adding the Truck Gear 4x4 store 2 - 1/2 years ago was intended to be an extension of that quality and customer service. How you, our customers, view us and the confidence they have in us and our workmanship is vital to the success of this company. I assure you, if you come back to give us another try, you will not be left feeling the way you did a year ago. Thank you, however, for speaking out about how you felt so that we could have this opportunity to communicate with you that we have made changes to resolve these issues. Unrelated to that, we are also under new ownership as of 4/1/19.
We do all kinds of aftermarket upgrades and air bags are one of them. You do not have to be a dealership to do them... we are a designated airlift dealer and have installed more of these kits then we could even count. we pride ourselves on customer service and usually have a very quick turn around! we also stand behind all work performed in our shop for 3 years on workmanship and the manufacturer warranty! give us a call and we can see what we can do for you!
I would recommend another location. Maybe Affordable RV or even Led Scwab. Better customer service.
