Incompetence and rudeness would best describe the staff of this location. From walking in the door to their diagnostics, to prognosis, and lack of understanding, I was very underwhelmed with their level of competence.

I would not recommend. Went in for a covid test. Doctor took down all my notes on his glove and told me the results would be ready in twenty minutes. Foolishly, I let 50 minutes go by. They forgot all about me. There was a lady behind a computer right outside the room I was sitting in all that time who told me the doctor was not there. She walked over to the printer and told me my test was negative but I needed to be dismissed by a doctor. I went back into the room and in a few minutes in walks another doctor. I asked him how long the paper was in the printer. He told me a few minutes. Looking at the info on the results, it says the sample was taken 20 minutes after it was. There is no time for when the results were recorded. So that was probably the time for the results which would mean it was in the printer for a half hour. No way to know since this was filled out wrong. The clincher is what he was doing in my room. He asked me if I had been hearing the screeming. I had. He told me that there was a child who was very sick and he had been busy with that. So he left the screeming child so that he could check me out of there? I would not be happy with that regulation if I was the parent. But as he told me, there was only one of him. I will not be going back and I hope that they can figure out how they can get better care for people that need it

My experience here was above and beyond, from Ashlynn who assisted me through the online check-in to Paramedic Bradan and PA Joe, both of whom were genuinely concerned as to the reason for my visit. I truly could not have asked for better care. 48 hours after my visit I received a follow up call to see how I was doing; did I have any questions? If I could choose these people as my primary care provider I would do so in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Hands-down the best urgent care facility around. I tried going to my normal PCP although it seem like they did not want me in their building due to my cold. They urged me to go to urgent care although I really don’t like going seeing doctors that I am unsure of. Ultimately I am very grateful that I went to this one they were highly respectful non-judge mental and listened to every word and concern I had. Treated me with the upmost respect
