We worked with Josh and ordered carpet from Great Floors for a new house. The timing was tight, and we had one hiccup when one installer showed up and refused to install into a house with heated floors. We called Josh frantic (needing to move into the house several days later). Josh not only hustled to get another installer to come in time, but he literally showed up with his brother-in-law that night from 6pm-9pm to get the job started. I’ve never seen a sales person do everything possible to make it happen. Big shout out to Danny the installer as well - he installed over 7 rooms of carpet solo and did a beautiful job. Would highly recommend Josh (the sales guy) and Danny (the installer) to anyone - impressive customer service and the carpet is beautiful!

I absolutely love working with Katie at the Silverdale Great Floors. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the materials that they sell and has helped us pick out flooring for our entire home, as well as countertops, and backsplash for our kitchen and bathrooms. Remodeling can be so incredibly stressful, but she was made it so much easier and I love that we were able to get all of this done in one place. We will definitely come back when we start building our new home.

Went into Great Floors 7 weeks ago to pick out flooring for our new build. Keep in mind, I have worked with GF two other times before and never had an issue. This time was the worst service ever. Spent 2 hours with Katie, picking out flooring and put in our order. She assured me we would also be getting samples. After 2 weeks of waiting for samples, I emailed her to check to see if they were in. She said she would check again and literally she dropped off the face of the earth after. Finally on week 7, I called and vented my frustration to the person who answered the phone. She told Katie and within 5 minutes Katie emailed me with the names of the tile, carpet etc. we picked out (with a short and cold apology for not getting back to me). I called the manager, Jordan to let him know what happened. He said he would check into it and call me back. He NEVER called. Needless to say......they lost a big amount of money for a new house build by ignoring me for 7 weeks! In a time of covid and when supplies are hard to come by, they delayed me even further in building. I would never recommend them to anyone. BEWARE

Our company has been working with Rachel at Great Floors a couple years now and she has always exceeded our expectations. She constantly goes out of her way to ensure our materials will be available at a decent price. She also makes you feel like you are her only client. We also find her products are of great quality when compared to products bought at the local hardware store. Highly recommend.

There's a hand sanitizing area as you walk in, everyone is in mask, customers required to wear mask, other than that I'm not sure what their overall cleaning ritual is.
