We had an issue with the door (had to force it shut) & the a/c didn't cool the room down enough. The breakfast buffet is outrageous for the options provided. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly & attentive! The room was nice & the bed was super comfy! We will stay here again!

If I could give four and a half Stars I would. This place was great. Beautiful clean wonderful rooms. The only thing my first night I had to take a cold shower because of the shower had a problem they had installed the hardware backwards the maintenance guy came the next day and realized! The pool is extremely small in the pool area nothing to look at it wasn't very relaxing for a Hilton I would have thought it to be a nice little sitting area and there wasn't anything grandiose at all. There was hardly anywhere to sit by the pool. They have a bar on site..There was a decent gym. They did have an outside sitting area with tables.. but the rest of the facility makes up for it as awesome views nice little nooks to sit down and enjoy. Has ballrooms and a large meeting room too if you need that. There is no Bell carts so come prepared to carry your stuff by hand. Parking is $10 a night I wasn't prepared for that it didn't say when I got the room but to make up for it at least it was very safe. As far as the room goes I think it's one of my favorites I've ever stayed in it was nice and spacious and clean and decorated beautifully. The restaurant is a little pricey but very tasty! It was nice to not have to go anywhere that first night I arrived. One thing I do wish that the front desk staff would smile the kitchen staff was very helpful and smiled all the time but the front desk people are prompt which is great but it would be nice to see smiles!

Love the remodel. This is a nice place. Pool was warm. Service was great. I don't however like that you have to pay for parking. Or that when you reserve a room and pay upfront for the breakfast ...they still charge you more for each person. Just charge the full price upfront. I don't like surprises when they cost me money. I also had to ask for the breakfast ticket, they did not give it to me when I checked in. I was traveling with my 3 children and apparently now they only allow you to have 2 breakfast tickets. So what did I pay for? 🤔 Kids 5 and under do eat free. Other than that minor annoyance, we would come back. It's just nice to know what to expect.

This hotel was absolutely incredible after the renovations! It’s located in a great area of Charlotte, the service is outstanding at the front desk and in the restaurant, and everything is fresh and clean inside. Emile at the bar deserves special recognition for her genuine southern hospitality and a great recommendation to try one of the local beers. All around I was 100% satisfied with this hotel and will absolutely keep it in mind next time I’m going back and forth from PA to FL.
