This hotel needs an COMPLETE makeover!!! Parking lot is not well kept or lit (please be careful) lobby was ok BUT rooms need new carpet, sofa in rooms should be trashed, and bathroom needs upgrades!!! The staff needs customer service training. They overcharge because of location - University Drive (totally not worth it) I suggest to save your coins and pay extra at Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt

Room was fine for this level of hotel. Room was clean and bed/linens were comfortable. Would stay here again. No complaints. Guy at front counter was friendly

Staff always have an attitude for no reason especially if you have to bring your key down cause it stops working or even asking for utensils.. I had to catch myself a couple times (Keeping myself from cursing them out) but I’d rather not do it In front of my kids.. it’s really ridiculous.. DO BETTER! If you don’t wanna be here go home.

Just don’t there’s other places to stay. We drove 7 hours for my daughters basketball and this place is not it. Front desk acted as if I was an inconvenience upon entering. Once we got the room key we had to take the elevator up, the doors opened and it hit you in the face! The entire hallway and then the room smelled like stale cigarettes in a “smoke free” hotel. We wanted to change rooms as I have a baby with but the place is completely booked. Then I asked for a late checkout because my daughter wanted to shower after her basketball but we weren’t allowed because “they’re full”. So I asked for 30min more because the baby was napping but again denied because they’re “booked”. House keeping can’t get to every room at once and allowing me 30min more wasn’t going to ruin their stride. 🙄 just stay somewhere else people are rude as heck here.
