Luxury price ONLY! Apartments are old, small, not worth $1500 at all. Management is horrible including regional Cheryl. Avoidance and lack of communication is management style in hopes your issue disappears. They send maintenance out to do PR. No response after showing pics of rain coming thru old, deteriorating, ill fitting windows. Unresponsive and horrendous service from “management” who manages nothing but the rent. High turnaround w/staff says a lot as well. 0 stars is more fitting, too bad it’s not an option. Fed up with this place!

Where do I start? We have lived here 2 years and actually had not many issues and didn’t need servicing for maintenance much. But the last two times with a service technician was that has never been in our unit the past 2 years that has left a bad taste with this place. His tone and the questions asked were condescending. And the last service performed he even wrote profanity on it( we didn’t say anything to provoke that) which is was confused us. All other techs were great no issues and if there was any comment to be made they would say so respectfully. we feel like we are being singled out. We paid to live in luxury but treated as a slum lord tenant. His name is t.bey (Didn’t have full name on sheet). We had a good experience living here, had great neighbors and never had complaints, but that experience was hurtful to experience. We aren’t confrontational people and are very respectful unless very provoked. Nice apartment and area but the materials such as walls are cheaply made and we have a continuous leak in the bathroom wall. Didn’t all maintenance because we didn’t want to experience a month with a huge whole in the wall while taking a shower. Please listen to the reviews and search other platforms. We regret that this experience happened to us but we hope management can help this service technician and teach him customer service.

We have lived here for 10 months now and I must say this is the friendliest, quiet, upscale clean apartment we’ve ever lived. No maintenance issues, great pool and exercise room, nice residential events and friendly staff John one of the maintenance men went above and beyond for us this winter during a very difficult time for our family. The landscaping is beautiful and the trash location,car, vacuum and air for vehicles are an added perk We purchased a home and will be moving on but I would highly recommend
