This place is horrible. I have been trying to remove my PIM for months now. The customer service is INSANE!!! I have been given a different excuse every time I call. you cant speak to the same person or the department you need to contact. I I was told they don't take phone calls only emails, but they wont provide you with the email address either. The didn't report my mortgage correctly to the credit bureau. It was showing we owed 325,000 on a mortgage we only owed 28,000 on. I will be contacting an attorney at this point. Go with any other company other that this one!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience working with GMFS for my mortgage and house buying process. Mark Griffin, Erica, and Caden Turner worked hard on my loan and made sure everything was done right along with getting me a fantastic rate.
