My tags expired and they threatened to tow my car. This is perfectly acceptable as it’s in the lease agreement. However the method used to communicate was a full letter-paper sized sticker that would not peel off and left a residue on my car. I immediately renewed my tags and thanked them for informing me. I asked them to remove the sticker they placed and they refused. It took me over half an hour to remove the sticker and they were not helpful once I called to complain. I let them know of at least 5 other ways to communicate the tag issue with tenants that would prevent them from dealing with issues like mine moving forward. During that time they did not handle the complaint well and only said “well...have a good weekend”
