Lived here for four years, tl:dr not worth it. Rent was raised 40% and all they have to show for it is a ridiculous outdoor gym. In one year they are asking for 800$ extra. Greed nothing else can explain that. The dog park in not maintained regularly. The apartment is okay but you could get some bad/noisy neighbors. One of the primary trash bins is constantly overflowing. Turnover is real. Garage is extra, otherwise you gotta hunt for parking

This review is based on my move-in experience. TL,DR: Mismanagement and miscommunication galore. The bedroom carpet was dirty with grime and red(blood?) stain, and the kitchen cabinets were unclean. I had to clean up the cabinets on my own to start setting up. I was told they can send someone to clean it up, but that should have been taken care of prior to move-in. Or did the management expect the new resident to sit around and wait for them to get their act together? The patio was also full of cobwebs and dirt. Why 1-star? Well imagine jumping awake in the morning to hear people trying to barge in your front door. I was awaken at 6:45am in the morning by two people trying to enter my apartment by operating the door code. I had to rush to the entrance to bolt them out. Luxury with a dash of adrenaline rush in the morning! This after I was told explicitly previous day that the replacement will occur between 10am and 2pm. I guess I should have asked them the time-zone. I took it up with the manager who apologized but in the same mail was kind enough to tell me that the maintenance crew had recommended cleanup but she approved replacement. So thanks for that I guess. I did not expect such a experience from a "luxury" apartment and based on the overall positive reviews on Google. Hopefully, the management takes notice and this review saves someone in the future from a bad move-in experience.

Of course you can! We allow two pets per apartment and have tons of green space and even a dog park.
