Not sure if it’s safe enough, but still a good place to visit

The 360° observation deck on the 27th floor of the City Hall is a perfect place to see everything that is around. So is Mayor Tom Bradley room on the 26th floor it has huge portraits of every single mayor of Los Angeles. Enter through Main Street entrance and bring proof of vaccination. Then it's a quick ride on 3 different elevators up to the 27th floor.

This has to be one of the greatest city halls in the United States! This monument to the Los Angeles city government is not just an historical landmark, it’s also functional! Renovated as the main building for conducting official business in LA. On a recent visit, I was told to check back for access, as the staff were returning to normal operations soon. So I’ll relate my pre-pandemic experience here, with an update review pending. After sitting in on a City Counsel meeting, I had a look around the ornate ground floor, where a security guard directed me to the back door security desk. There I was given a form to fill out to continue my self guided tour. I was directed to take two separate elevators, then up a floor of stairs to the top floors which were open for viewing. There’s historical references, exhibits and spectacular 360° views from over 400’ high! Getting to the LA City Hall may be the only expense, as paid parking and public transit via city bus or Metro rail and ride services, may be the way to go. Reopening of COVID-19 related closures of sections may be staggered with recent staff and resource changes taking place. I’d suggest calling the info line or checking online updates before planning to visit the building.

The observation deck has great views of the city. Be prepared to pass through security and metal detectors. You'll need to swap elevators once and still climb another set of stairs. Everyone was friendly and the view was fantastic. We were able to take pictures of the Griffith Observatory and later that day took pictures of the City Hall from the Observatory. The only downside was the parking deck is underground a block away. To get from the deck to the building you pass through a park with an assortment of homeless sleeping on the benches and in the bushes.

I am pretty sure they are going to want you to get the certificate where you got maried, but they might allow you to get it at this city hall. I would suggest that you go to this city hall and try to talk to someone from the main office to see if they would help you. You can also go to the city hall's website for more information. Good luck!
Call the mayor 🤷

As far as I know, yes. I suggest that you go over there on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and try to see if one of the people who work at the main office will direct you to the appropriate office. It might also help if you call them at the phone number listed here so that someone can tell you exactly where you need to go or visit their website for more information. Congratulations and good luck to you!
As far as I know you are going to have to go over there personally and find the main office to see if they can direct you to where they have all the archives. You can also call 311 and ask to be transferred to this facility or google the website known as the nationalarchives.gov. I hope they help you to find your paper, pray to god for help and guidance.
City Hall is still closed to the public and it will only reopen when they drop the "state of emergency" bs.

Correction: there's no visitors' parking at City Hall unless someone who works there arranges for a spot for you and communicates this to the parking staff at the gate. You could also look around for a parking meter on the surrounding streets.

It's not currently open to the public.
Alejandro, Although City Hall is not the tallest building in the city, the observation deck offers 360° viewing of the city from the four sides. I hope it's open when you are here.

Go to the court house
read this article, it seems that you have freedom to sell on the street for the recent state of California; It is no longer a crime and no city can stop it until they have a law with requirements, and Los Angeles does not have one at this time. Go sell safely. Here is the link to the article. https://la.eater.com/2018/9/18/17874900/street-vending-governor-brown-bill-sb-946-los-angeles
I'm not with the city either go to see the city clerk , I don't think that a certificate is available that says you don't have any property, let us know if you do get one, you could also try the Los Angeles county clerk/ recorder.
Call the city planning Dept and in my opinion yes you do need permits
Look on the State of California web site to find out about re-sale tax exemption

As far as I know City employees are off on Friday after Thanksgiving. Some of them who perform essential services do work on holidays though, so there's a chance they might come.

You have to go to the United States Postal office by your house and apply for a passport there. And no you can't get a passport in one day
You really need to call the information desk at City Hall

City doesnt keep those records, unless its brand new, in that case call the builder, if the house is to old, then get an expert such has myself to track, trace and map out your sewage lines. That woumd run about $800 to $1000, such as myself im a kicense plumber
Not free
No
You have to pay. I would recommend you go to a funding site. Here is the deal, if your looking for that to make extra money because you heard about it and want to try to try it. Then do not do it. If you have a passion for it it fine. I have a passion for the homeless but not for that. First you have to write a plan. Keep in mind, it would be good to find people with mental issues, they are probably the hardest to deal with, if uou get about five or six of them. You may get up to 5k a month for each one. I woumd say that 15 to 20% to you, then the rest for living, doctors, and also once you do that, you could sell your house with the business, after 20 years when you are unable to carry them because of age. But the ones tnat need it and only if you care. And make sure you get a new vehicle, the ones i would pick wouldnt need job training just care and a safe environment for them. You know you caring for human beings right? This is not a game.
Go to the main office here and ask for the aver if someone can explain where you are.
Where I can get my final divorce papers I’m getting married and I need them and where I can go
Also, from my experience, claims don't get paid very quickly :/ good luck!
If it's just a mispelling error you can go to where you obtained it and have them corrected by issuing you a new one. If it's an actual change of name then there'd be a procedure for that you'd have to go through.
Any municipal Court, Grand Ave and 1st in L. A.
I suggest that you call the city's help line at 311 and ask to be transferred to someone from this facility so that they can tell you exactly what the hours of observation are, or go to their website for more information.
