I am pretty sure they are going to want you to get the certificate where you got maried, but they might allow you to get it at this city hall. I would suggest that you go to this city hall and try to talk to someone from the main office to see if they would help you. You can also go to the city hall's website for more information. The court is near by, get a restraining order. There are lots of men with jobs in los angeles. Trust me i did that, and when i was released, i saw all the different flavors available and was gone in a week, its very isolated and lonely, guys wil say anything, but move on. It will get to costly
