Not a terrible apartment complex but definitely could be much better… My wife does travel nursing so we rented a furnished apartment from here for 6 months… The beds in the furnished apartment are the worst… We literally just slept on the couch other wise we wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all… I even bought a foam mattress topper and it did no help at all… The cars drive through there super loud throughout the entire night and woke my kids up all the time in the middle of the night… People that live there do not put their trash in the dumpsters but rather leave the trash piled up all around the dumpster… To the point that it starts to pile up in the parking lot… The office staff seem to be nice but are not very helpful… On the weekends the pool is packed out with people that do not live there and have no regard for safety of the kids in the pool nor the language that comes out of their mouth… The one great thing about this place is the maintenance staff are very quick at fixing any issues that you may have in your apartment… The maintenance guys deserve a raise… other than that I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a nice family friendly apartment complex.

This apartment complex is absolutely amazing!! Anytime we have a problem they are there the day of or the next day to fix it. The staff is absolutely amazing and so is the maintenance. I really would recommend living here!! They are very family friendly and love to get to know their residents.

The maintenance crew is drunk half the time, took them over a week to replace our washing machine, the apartment was dirty and the floors were damaged when we moved in. The black haired woman who works in the office is by far the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Lived here for 2 years while active duty and they are extremely difficult, would rather be homeless than live here. Don’t move here.
