Lake Clair was the best first apartment experience that I could have asked for. I moved out on my own in 2017 and moved right into the apartment. It was beautiful and I felt welcomed and safe. Tammy and Wilmer made sure that every (I mean every) question that I had was answered and that everything that I needed was taken care of. My A/C went out and they brought me a window unit until they were able to get the unit replaced. I received cards on my birthday and gifts on my door for holidays. I relocated for a new job but I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, safe, and caring community.❤️

Lake Clair is peaceful, quiet and comfortable. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful and the apartments are spacious and fairly priced. I love living here!

Lake Clair is hands down one of the BEST places to live in Fayetteville. The Manager Tammy was so kind and helpful during my process moving back to NC. She answered all of the questions I had because it's my first time living on my own. I met Wilmer and Israel, they make sure the property is well maintained and pretty. They are always friendly and accomodating when I see them. Love my new place and being in nature. The neighbors I have are welcoming and hospitable. Great area to live if you want peace and quiet. The day I moved in, I had found a card and welcome gift in the kitchen which was a nice gesture. Thank you Tammy, Israel, and Wilmer.
