Pizza was good but when I arrived I had to wait on bread sticks after my pizzas were already done....shouldn't they be cooked together?

Very dissatisfied! There’s AT LEAST 7-8 employees behind the counter. The sign outside says “Now Dine In” but when u dine in no waiter/ waitress is available to assist u, u set ur self u have to go to the counter to place ur order. You have to keep going to the counter to check ur order. No fountain drinks only 20oz drinks for $3.00 NO cups available “employee suggested that we buy are on drinks from a convenient store because of Pizza Hut’s outrage prices”. Even though ur dining in u have to ask for paper plates & napkins which takes 7mins to receive. REMIND u There’s ATLEAST 7-8 employees behind the counter. & the employees that were working at this location were very rude would not at knowledge any customers presence. It’ll be a very long time before I try to eat at this Pizza Hut location again. I suggest that anyone trying to eat Pizza Hut dodge the Dillon S.C. location.

Customer service is terrible. Order two different orders going to two different locations under two different contact names and they changed the addresses to the same location. How I know is because I put the information in myself and everything was correct and spelled correctly as always. But my name was spelled wrong on the receipts my last starts with an H not an O. So that’s how I know it was changed at the store. Even the driver stated that store does that a lot. I called and they hung up on me just for stating I was calling about an existing order. Just terrible service.

Ordered online and picked up pizza. This was supposed to have pepperoni and extra pepperoni. When asking the manager about it, she counted ‘22’ pepperoni and said this is extra. Went on to say Pizza Hut had changed the policy, they don’t have to remake it and there was nothing could be done about it.
