I am an elderly woman, in my 60's who have had a Galaxie 8 cellphone for several years. Well, last week, it came to the end of it's useful life. I went to the T Mobile location @ 162nd on Harlem ave. A wonderful, patient, kind and knowledgeable young man waited on me. He assessed my phone and highly recommended a new phone. He listened to what my personal phone needs were and recommended something he thought I would appreciate. I have had my phone for a week and am very satisfied with the purchase. I would like to thank Ron, Kenny, Rick and Norm for the 2 hours I took of their time that day, as they so patiently set up my new phone. It was sooo refreshing to experience the level of kindness those young people gave me. I feel it necessary to let others know about the positive acts of these young people. I thanked them on that day but continue to smile gratefully as I remember their excellent service. Vivian Mallory

Initially I had a really great experience until I learned that I had been robbed by an associate that works there. I did an early upgrade on my phone to which I paid off the phone that I had .T-Mobile was running a promotion that if they turned in their phone they would get a $400 credit towards the new phone and I could trade in the phone that was already paid off. So I paid off the almost $300 phone in hopes that I would get the new phone. She went ahead and upgraded the phone and told me that I needed to call Sprint and have them work out the details Sprint then told me to go back into the store and to drop off my phone and make sure that they gave me the $400 towards the new phone I dropped off the phone it has been almost 2 months I have not heard anything back when I called the young lady got really smart with me over the phone and every time I call and ask to speak to the store manager they never put me through. This is extremely unprofessional. If they did not want to give me the $400 credit that's fine at least give me back the phone that I paid for it was only a year old this location the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. They closed early often and the customer service is really lacking it's almost as if you are not a paying customer
