The worst place I've ever stayed... ever. This hotel is in need of a radical update. The room furniture is worn with a serious 80's vibe. It looks like the only place they've spent any money in the last 20 years is the lobby, restaurant, and bar. It's also the only hotel I've been to that charges guests for parking, at the tune of $22 per night! As an Honors member I only had to pay $10 per night but still had to pay to park my vehicle in a Hilton Hotel parking lot where I was a paying guest... absurd. In short, this place has shaken my confidence in the Hilton brand. Kudos to the housekeeping crew though, doing the best with what they have to work with.

As much as I love staying at the Embassy Suite, the Embassy Suite in Miami International Airport has been the worst experience for me. The room (226) smelled horrible. It smelled like someone urine all over the carpet, couch, and curtains. I was definitely disappointed.

Hello… is anyone there! I’ve been calling for 2 days trying to speak to someone about an item I left behind and no one is answering. I tried 12 times on Sunday (10/2) and 10 times today. No answer. I called reservations who transferred me and I waited over 15 minutes. Hiltons have become so poorly run and mismanaged. No customer service what so ever.

By far this is the worst experience I have ever dealt with any hotel in all my travels. Tried adding a park and fly to a current paid for suite reservation. Spent 45 mins on the phone passed around 6-10 times without being able to add to it. Told them to just cancel and I'll rebook and I was told I wouldn't be receiving my money back to rebook. So needless to say, this will be my last time using any Hilton brand hotels.

Yes
It's a free shuttle that leaves every 1/2 hour, on the hour and middle of the hour. Check with the concierge across from the main desk when facing the main exit from the hotel.
The airport shuttle departs the hotel every 30 minutes, In the hour and half hour. They pick up on the 2nd level departure not the ground or first level.
An hour away
We recommend having a car or using other transportation (Uber, etc.) to access local area shopping or entertainment venues.
Yes. 5:30 to 7:30. The best FREE happy hour there is.
Call the hotel directly to see if the items were turned in to lost and found.
The nearest Cheese Cake Factory is at the Dolphin Mall. If you are staying at the hotel there is a Dolphin Mall Shuttle that runs to and from the Mall to the Hotel. There is a $10 fee I believe per person. You need to check the Dolphin Mall website for the shuttle schedule on drop offs and pick ups. Hope that helped.
Yes, within 5 miles, but best have wheels or other ready transport, not much down around the hotel.
Hello Savienne Giles, I apologize, our complimentary shuttle picks up at the Miami Intl Airport only on the second level.
No, an Embassy Suites labeled van comes by on the baggage level, outside the door, second road out, which is labeled "shuttles", and it comes by every half hour, on the hour mark. There is another Hilton in town, so make sure it is the Embassy Suites Airport hotel one.
Yes, the hotel has a free shuttle bus going to airport and back to the hotel.
Yes there is a shuttle to the Port of Miami. For a fee and you have to sign up in advance. Pretty reasonable and per person but if there is more than 2 or even two weigh the cost for uber xl or lyft xl or regular lyft/uber. Less wait time because they had to wait for others.
We are approximately 10 miles from South Beach, or 20-25 minutes driving time in standard traffic.
Most of the time if the room is available. The staff and management are great
No! $21 a day for standard parking $26 for oversized vehicles but I dont know if that's everyday or if it were just for Memorial Wknd.
There is a really good food truck near by and I added uber app to my phone. Uber was a very safe and relatively cheap way to travel to shops etc.
Hi there i cant say that there is no dancing bcuz im sure when you reservice space for a party or celebration you can dance but i think thats about it. As far as i know there is no club in there.
Yes they do.
It's always running... Every 30 minutes.
Dont think they are a good party location, but they have conference room you can rent
I arrived early in the morning and also accomodated me
I think that until midnight
For free (exc. tips)
There is a shuttle to the port it is not provided by the hotel. It is a third party shuttle but the hotel books you on the shuttle.
Hello, we do have parking fees, $25 for valet, $19 for self-parking.
Only if u want a grab and go breakfast. The cooked egg line is long
Yes. They have a third party company that shuttles to the ship port. $10 per person.
Good morning, of course you can do them
No the hotel will not provide a shuttle to the port. We took an uber, it was cheaper than a taxi.
The have a shuttle that will take you any where as long as its within 3 miles from the hotel.
Embassy suites airport location. It's just down the road.
Yes they do have s shuttle Hotel is very dirty Only thing nice LOBBY
Depends on traffic and what beach.. between 30 min and an hour
As others have said, if you have a reservation for a certain day you have until 11:59 pm to check in. After that there might be penalty costs, like no show, but there might be a different policy about it. I've been advise to call in advanced to notify in this cases.
I'm not sure where the shuttle bus goes.
They do have a free shuttle which will take you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel
Yes they do.the shuttle runs every 30 minutes
What a rip off to park in an open lot. Truly this property is not worth it even if it were free to park. Recommend staying elsewhere.
About 300 but it's currently under renovation so might want to confirm.
24 hour shuttle. .runs on the hour and the Half hour. Just go downstairs about 10 minutes before it leaves for airport. When you arrive , I believe it is every 20 min 4 pickup from airport
6:30 until 9:30 am M - F, holidays and weekends 7:30 - 10:30.
As far as I know this has been a Hilton property five years that I've been dealing with the hotel before that I can be exact
